1. What we provide
Free plugin. TW Form Guard Free is released under the GPL v2 or later. You may use, copy and modify it under that license. It runs entirely on your WordPress site and needs no account.
Premium. A Premium subscription gives one WordPress site access to the AI judge through our relay, license-verified plugin updates, and email support, for the term shown at checkout. Premium includes up to 10,000 AI judgments per site per calendar month (UTC); beyond that the plugin runs on traps and rules only until the month resets. The Premium plugin build is licensed to you for use on the activated site; the relay service is provided as a service, not sold.
Requirements. WordPress 6.0 or later, PHP 7.4 or later, and Elementor Pro with the Forms module. Other form plugins are not supported in version 2.0.
2. No accuracy guarantee
Spam filtering is probabilistic. The figures we publish come from one benchmark: 88 real submissions collected in September 2026, of which 63 of 69 spam submissions were caught and 19 of 19 genuine inquiries were kept. The method is described in the documentation. That result is a measurement on that sample, not a promise about your traffic.
We do not guarantee that TW Form Guard will catch any particular spam submission, or that it will never flag or block a genuine one. You are responsible for choosing the mode (Dry-run or Block), reading the log, releasing quarantined submissions, and deciding whether to rely on the plugin for a form that matters to your business. We recommend running Dry-run first, as the documentation explains.
3. Availability and fail-open behaviour
The relay is designed so that its unavailability never blocks your forms: when it cannot be reached, refuses a request, or returns anything other than a clear answer, the plugin lets the submission through and records that the AI judge was unavailable. We work to keep the relay available but do not promise uninterrupted operation, and we may change the model provider, prompt, limits or plugin behaviour to improve reliability, cost or accuracy. We may apply per-site, per-address and daily limits to protect the service and its cost. Where a limit is reached your forms keep working on traps and rules.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use one license key on more than one production site at a time, share it, or publish it;
- send the relay anything other than genuine form submissions from the activated site, or use it as a general-purpose text, translation or classification API;
- attempt to extract the prompt, the model provider's credentials, or model output other than the spam/ham verdict, including through content designed to manipulate the model;
- probe, overload, replay, or reverse-engineer the relay or license service, or circumvent quotas and limits;
- submit content that is unlawful for us or the model provider to process, including deliberately sending special-category personal data or children's data through the AI judge;
- remove or alter the license verification in the Premium build, or redistribute the Premium build.
A license that sends more than 500 requests in ten minutes is suspended automatically and its owner is emailed; contact support to restore it. We may suspend or terminate a license for breach of this section, for payment fraud, or for use that harms other customers, without refund where the breach is deliberate.
5. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refund
Prices. $79 per site per year, charged as a single payment, or $9 per site per month, charged as a recurring subscription. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax your jurisdiction adds at checkout. Stripe processes payment; we never receive card numbers.
Renewal. Monthly subscriptions renew each month until canceled. The yearly plan is a one-year term paid once; it does not renew on its own. To continue after the year, buy again before the term ends and activate the new key. If a monthly renewal payment fails, Stripe retries and Premium keeps working for a 7-day grace period; if payment still fails the license becomes inactive and the plugin returns to Free.
Cancellation. Cancel any time through the Stripe customer portal linked in your receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; Premium keeps working until then, and Free keeps working afterwards.
14-day refund. You may request a full refund of any first payment or renewal payment within 14 days of that payment, for any reason, by emailing support@storefixkit.com from the checkout address. On refund the license is revoked and the plugin returns to Free. After 14 days payments are not refundable except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
Disputes. If you open a card dispute instead of asking for a refund, the license is frozen while the dispute is open.
6. Data
What the plugin and the relay send, store and share is described in the privacy policy. For form submissions on your site you are the controller and we act as processor under the data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms for Premium customers. You are responsible for telling your visitors about the AI judge where the law requires it, and for deciding whether to switch it on.
7. Intellectual property
The Free plugin is GPL. The Premium build, the relay, the prompt, the rule lists and this website are our property or licensed to us; you receive only the rights stated here. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation. "TW Form Guard" and "StoreFixKit" are our names; do not use them to suggest endorsement.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: the plugin and the service are provided as described in the documentation and otherwise "as is"; we are not liable for lost inquiries, lost sales, lost data, or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from spam that was not caught, from a genuine submission that was flagged or blocked, from unavailability of the relay, or from your configuration choices.
Cap. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to TW Form Guard, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected license in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. For the Free plugin, which is provided without charge, that amount is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.
9. Support
Premium includes email support for installation, configuration and defects in the plugin and relay. Do not send full license keys, passwords or hosting credentials in a support email; the last four characters of the key are enough. Free users can use the documentation and the StoreFixKit support form; we read every report but do not promise a response time.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms, prices for new purchases, plugin behaviour and the documentation. Material changes to the terms are dated here and notified by email to active Premium customers at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use Premium after that date means you accept them. If you disagree, cancel and, within the 14 days, ask for a pro-rated refund of any unused prepaid term. Either party may end the agreement at the end of the current paid period. Sections 2, 7, 8 and 11 survive termination.
11. General
These terms are the whole agreement for TW Form Guard and replace earlier discussions. If a provision is unenforceable the rest stands. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor of the StoreFixKit business. Notices to us go to support@storefixkit.com; notices to you go to the checkout email. Nothing here removes consumer rights that apply to you by law and cannot be waived.
