A judgement is one submission that traps and rules could not decide and that the relay accepted for an answer. Refused requests (quota reached, rate limit) are not counted, and on your own key we count nothing at all. Either way, an unreachable model means the submission passes and the log says ai_unavailable.

Why the yearly plan takes Alipay and WeChat Pay but the monthly plan does not: the yearly plan is charged as a single payment, which both wallets support. The monthly plan is a recurring subscription, which Stripe can only renew on a card. Both plans are priced in US dollars; your bank or wallet converts.

Why Free carries the AI at all. The judging costs us nothing when it runs on your key, and it is the honest configuration: your enquiries never enter our infrastructure, we add no sub-processor to your data flow, and your contract is with the provider you picked. Premium buys away the setup — an API key, a Base URL, a model choice and a per-call bill — not better filtering.

How payment and licenses work

Do I have to buy anything to use the AI judge?

No. Choose "Use my own AI provider" in the free plugin, paste a Base URL, an API key and a model name, and it runs. Premium buys the hosted backend: we obtain and pay for the model access, so you never touch a provider account. Both backends use the same prompt and both return a single word.

What does running my own key cost?

Whatever your provider charges. A judgement is roughly 150 input tokens and one output token, and only the submissions your rules could not decide are sent, so most sites spend cents a month. Check your provider's current price list before you commit — we do not resell or mark up anything on that path, and we never see the invoice.

What happens right after I pay?

Stripe redirects you to a confirmation page that shows your license key. The same key is emailed to the checkout address. Paste it into TW Form Guard settings, click Verify, and the hosted backend becomes available.

Do I need a StoreFixKit account?

No. The license key is the only credential. Cancellation and receipts go through the Stripe customer portal link in your receipt email.

Can one license cover several sites?

No. Each license is active on one production site at a time. Buy one license per site, or move the license when you retire a site. Activating on a second site while the first is still active is refused and you get an email about it.

What if my payment fails at renewal?

Stripe retries for 7 days and emails you. During that week Premium keeps working. If payment still fails, the license goes inactive and the plugin drops back to Free until you pay again — and if you would rather not pay again, switch the AI judge to your own provider key and it keeps running.

Can I get an invoice with my company details?

Yes. Stripe issues receipts and invoices; you can add a company name and tax ID through the customer portal, or ask support to update them.

Refund policy

14 days from the first payment, in full, no questions asked. After a refund the license is revoked and the plugin returns to Free. Renewals are refundable within 14 days of the renewal charge.
